Jojo, geboren ca. 2020, kastriert, ca. 35 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 2023

Enola, Jojo und Peppi zeigen sich aktuell sehr unsicher im Umgang mit Menschen. Wenn jemand in ihre Nähe kommt, reagieren alle drei mit starkem Bellen – nicht aus Aggression, sondern aus Angst und Überforderung. Die vielen Reize im Shelter setzen ihnen deutlich zu, und sie wissen sich in solchen Momenten nicht anders zu helfen.

Jojo ist ein braun-weißer Rüde mit flauschigem Fell. Er reagiert ebenfalls stark auf Annäherung und wirkt dabei innerlich sehr angespannt. Das Bellen dient ihm als Schutz, weil ihn die Situation schnell überfordert. 

Wir wünschen uns für Jojo ein Zuhause bei einfühlsamen und erfahrenen Menschen, die ihm in Ruhe und ohne Zeitdruck oder Erwartungshaltung zeigen, was ein gutes Hundeleben ist. Es sollte okay sein, wenn Jojo nie wie ein normaler Hund Gassi gehen oder kuscheln will. Vielleicht ist er dann für die eine oder andere positive Überraschung gut. Ein sicher eingezäunter Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Haus ist Grundvoraussetzung. Da Jojo nur schlechte Vermittlungschancen hat, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn jemand eine Patenschaft für ihn übernimmt.

• Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat.
• Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung).
• Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt.
• Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
• Der Transport (angemeldet mit Traces) wird von uns, so weit es für das Bestimmungsland rechtlich möglich ist, organisiert und durchgeführt. Bitte beachten Sie die Informationen auf dieser Seite: Vermittlung und Transport

Enola, Jojo, and Peppi are currently very insecure around people. When someone approaches them, all three react with loud barking—not out of aggression, but out of fear and overwhelm. The many stimuli in the shelter are clearly taking their toll, and they don't know any other way to cope in these moments.

Jojo is a brown and white male with fluffy fur. He also reacts strongly to approaching people and appears very tense. Barking serves as a form of protection for him because the situation quickly overwhelms him.

We wish for Jojo a home with empathetic and experienced people who will calmly and without time pressure or expectations show him what a good life as a dog is. It should be okay if Jojo never wants to go for walks or cuddle like a typical dog. Perhaps then he will be good for a few pleasant surprises. A securely fenced garden with direct access to the house is essential. Since Jojo has poor chances of being rehomed, we would be very happy if someone would take on a sponsorship for him.

• Is currently still in Romania and may leave when he has found a home.
• Will travel microchipped and vaccinated (EU pet passport; vaccinations include rabies and basic immunization).
• All dogs are treated for intestinal parasites and ectoparasites upon arrival at the shelter and at least once a year thereafter.
• The described behavioral observations are based on daily life in the shelter and may differ in a home environment under changed living conditions.
